  1. How can I know if the product suits my need before actually buying it?
    You are welcome to visit our company every weekday from 0900am to 1700pm to have a feel of our products before making the right decision to buy it.

  2. I want to buy a wheelchair but do not know what are the things to look out for in order to purchase the right one.
    Our in-house rehab specialist will tailor a right wheelchair for you. We just need to take some measurements and your preference for additional accessories.

  3. Can I send in a cheque for online purchase?
    You can send us an email or give us a call to discuss about alternative payment methods.

  4. What form of payments are available for walk in purchase?
    Cash and cheque only.

  5. I can't afford the product, where can I seek for monetary assistance?
    Once you have interest in a certain product, we can discuss and assist you on possible fundings available in Singapore to help you with your purchase.

  6. How long is the warranty?
    Warranty period varies for different products. Usually they last for a year or more.

  7. What does the warranty cover?
    If the product you purchase from us is still under warranty, please bring it to our office during office hours, and we'll proceed to repair it for you. Only should the product be deemed by our technicians as unrepairable, a replacement will be provided for you. If warranty has expired, there might be additional cost for repairs.

  8. Can the technician actually come over to my location for servicing?
    Upon request, you can contact the office for this service. However, there will be additional cost for this service, even if the product is under warranty.

  9. When will the products be deliver once the payment is made?
    Delivery of product will be on every Friday.

  10. Who can I turn to in cases of product/service dissatisfaction
