- The above passes include lunch and tea breaks. Full access to exhibition, workshops & conferences.
- Only Full Pass delegates are entitled to conference banquet on the 14 May 2008.
- Members of RESNA/RESJA/ARATA and group registration (6 or more) are entitled to 20% discount off the regular fee.
- Maximum of TWO (2) publications for AUTHORS (who are NOT full-time students, senior citizens – 65 yr & above and people with disability) registering for the conference. All authors have to register for the FULL PASS.
- Each paper MUST NOT EXCEED SIX (6) PAGES. SGD150 will be charged for EACH ADDITIONAL PAGE.
- For authors submitting MORE THAN TWO (2) PAPERS, SGD150 will be charged for EACH ADDITIONAL PAPER.
- Maximum of ONE (1) publication for full-time students, senior citizens – 65 yr & above and people with disability registering for the conference.
- VCF OVERSEAS TRAINING GRANT is available to all full-time staff of eligible VWOs. Details can be found at http://www.ncss.org.sg/vwocorner/vcf_training.asp.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Please note that any cancellation to your registration must be made in writing &
must reach the organizer before 1 April 2008.
- Please email your cancellation stating your registration number and full particulars
(name, job title, company, billing address, contact details, etc.) to:
- Cancellations received before 1 April 2008 will be refunded less $100
administrative charges. Refunds will be made after the end of event.

We regret to inform that there will be no refunds for cancellations received after 2 April 2008.
Any requests for refunds made after this deadline will not be entertained but substitute delegates
are welcome. Please email the personal details of substitute delegates to
icreate2008@start-centre.com by 9 April 2008
for processing.
Requests for replacements submitted after 9 April 2008 will not be entertained.
